Dan zijn daar nog de predellas, zeg maar de onderste reeks schilderijen. Francesco Pesellino assisteert Filippo Lippi hier. Het gaat om de volgende afbeeldingen: St. Francis receives the stigmata and St. Cosmas and St. Damian heal Justinian (Copies), the Nativity, the Martyrdom ff St. Cosmas and St. Damian, the miracle of St. Anthony. De predellas zijn qua thema dus mooi afgestemd op het hoofdwerk.
